Dr. Alex Meyers
Board-Certified and Fellowship-Trained Orthopaedic SurgeonDr. Meyers is from Indianapolis where he attended Lawrence North High School. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana University, Bloomington where he also completed Medical School and an Orthopedic Surgical Residency. Following his Residency Dr. Meyers completed a Fellowship focused on Hand, Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Meyers is specialized in hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder degenerative joint diseases and trauma, including reconstructive and shoulder arthroplasty. Dr. Meyers has multiple publications ranging from the effects of osteoporosis and rotator cuff tears, elbow tendon and ligament reconstruction, and surgical treatment of wrist arthritis and ligament injuries. Dr. Meyers resides in Carmel along with his wife, Jenni and three children.
